The hosts took such good care of us and made sure we had a wonderful time here! The futon beds were very comfortable. The piano added an extra touch and my mother and I enjoyed playing it a little.

Nice and very affordable guesthouse near train station and Bamboo Forest. Masumi is a wonderful host! She made the extra mile to make me feel at home. She offered toast and hot macha when I arrived. It is really interesting to talk to her and she has good tips, being a tour guide too. Thank you Masumi for your wonderful service.

Beautifully designed room. Very clean. Great facilities even with washing machine for clothes. Lovely central neighbourhood, not too busy but interesting. Comfy beds. Quite spacious. Staff helpfully allowed us to check in early.

- Friendly staff: everyone is very nice! The staff would explain to you all the instructions of your stay and help you as much as possible. They even made a customised key chain for you if you want your bed sheet to be changed. On the day of checkout, you can leave your luggage there and they would offer you for a rest in the living room when you return back to take your luggage. - Installation: there were all the necessary appliances in the living space which includes a microwave, water dispenser, fridge, TV, and even a leg massage machine (there were always people using it, it's very comfy). In my room, which was a 4 bed room, there was another TV just for the guests in this room. - Great location: very near to Teramachi and Shinkyogoku shopping streets. But it's very silent around the area so no worries about any noise.
