I had a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse in Kagoshima! Although it’s a simple guesthouse, it offers everything you need. What impressed me the most was their warm hospitality. When I was feeling unwell, they helped me find a doctor, and when I forgot something, they promptly sent it to my next destination. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend this guesthouse and give it 10 stars!

The whole experience was great. The stuff was nice and helpful. The room clean, comfortable and pretty. All amenities provided. They stored my luggage and even gave a free coffee coupon. Highly recommend!!

Staying at the Green Guesthouse is an adventure. The volcano is just across the bay, you can see it from the rooftop. And the building shakes a little with traffic, every few minutes, so you may think it comes from the volcano. There is no bathroom sink to wash your hands or brush your teeth, so you use the kitchen sink. But the hostel is so small and cosy, that none of it is a problem. The location is perfect to take the ferry, few minutes walk to the port.

The owner is very kind, and great to have conversations with! Was very helpful throughout our stay, and guided us to very nice places around the island. The place is very clean and have great homey vibes.
