The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

Really beautiful accommodation, the room was very clean, good equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The area is is very nice, incredible view of the sea and nature. The service was excellent, helpful at all times and very friendly. We will definitely come again 👍🏼👍🏼

The location is peaceful with lovely garden views, and the room was spotless and very comfortable too. Definitely great value for money, everything you need, including free parking and good WiFi (this is so rare!). There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was real italian to start our day. The owners were so sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to their adorable dog Pluto, who added an extra touch of charm to the whole experience. We also really appreciated having convinient parking on-site. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with extraordinary kindness and hospitality. Anna and Roberto put us completely st ease. Anna is a highly accomplished and talented cook and we were treated to the most superb delicious variety of Sardinian food. The room was luxurious and beautifully furnished and we were able to relax in and enjoy the idyllic swimming pool set in a beautiful garden.at our pleasure. The house is ideally situated for easy reach to the city centre, stunning beaches, cultural attractions and many other points of interest. Nothing was too much trouble, attention to detail was impeccable for our comfort and convenience and our hosts, Anna and Roberto are the very best. We strongly recommend.

I am not used to this kind of sugary breakfast but it definitely feels right after 10 km run and 200 pushups :) The house is very nice! Clean, smells wreally well. The interior feels warm and cozy. The pool is a great addittion, especially in very hot summer! You won't regret it!!!
