Good location. Clean with good linen on bed. Shower had good water pressure. The lady that did the check-in was very friendly and welcoming. Air conditioning in room was a great plus point - very hot on the night we were in San Giminagno! Highly recommended

Perfect location. Three minutes walk from the city center and panoramic views. The Windows overlook a quiet street, near a garden and thanks to this fresh air. Wonderful apartment: comfortable bed, wardrobes. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Fresh renovation in the bathroom, good plumbing. Renata was very friendly and was always in touch.

Immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone of San Gimignano. It is a separate entry full apartment on the first floor of an old building. Very big living/dining/kitchen area with balcony plus two bedrooms (separate AC units) and bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink).

We had the whole apartment consisting of 3 en suite rooms, shared lounge and kitchen for ourselves which was lovely. The location is fantastic. 1min from Porta San Matteo, which is one of the main entrances to the town. Allesia our young host, was very helpful and efficient. Very efficient aircon that we needed urgently as there is a heat wave in Italy. The apartment is on a quiet street, but nice restaurants around the corner.
