The room and bathroom were clean and modern with easy access and view to the beach. The staff was really helpful fx with renting a car. The breakfast was good as well. The location was perfect, directly next to the beach and in the city so it was comfortable to get everywhere. :)

Giada is a most wonderful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her villa. She had some great recommendations for restaurants too.

Everything was perfect. Location, 10 min away from Olbia, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci...5 min away from grocery stores, multiple beaches nearby. The room was the perfect size, equipped with a kettle, fresh packs of coffee, water and biscuits every day, as well as a fresh set of towels. Very, very clean, well maintained. The bathroom has a decent size shower, which was great after a day spent on the beach. There is a small secluded terrace that gives you plenty of privacy if you want to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. It's very quiet and relaxing. The host, Gianni was most accommodating and always available when we needed something. A perfect stay. I highly recommend it.

Although quite far from any restaurant or shop I personally quite liked the location since it means that everything is very calm and also the air is a lot fresher and piacevole than close to the beach. You can sit on the veranda in the shade and enjoy the beautiful view. The host is very helpful, booked a dinner for us and set up an island hopping tour for us.
