We loved our stay in this place. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. We arrived quite late and despite being outside their check-in times, they managed to accomodate us. The place is clean, very spacious and bright and it's right in the center. I highly recommend Casa Don Vicenzo to everyone that wants to stay in the area

The apartment is just by the centre- very comfortable and appreciated the coffee making machine in the morning. The breakfast prepared by Marta was fantastic and there was a warm welcome from all the family (really enjoyed discussing cycling with Stefano too - and thanks for the chocolates- they helped on our journey!). Randazzo itself is a fantastic town and well worth visiting

We had a nice room with a terrace above the roofs of Castiglione with an outstanding view of Mount Etna. The room was well equipped, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast in house but went to the lovely small café next door, where locals meet each morning. The town is a good starting point to visit Etna and Alcantara River. Everything was perfect.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the room was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided—such as the toiletries, complimentary water, and high-speed Wi-Fi—were top-notch. Breakfast was organised in a lounge bar "nica-nuci" just on the corner. With 5e voucher for two people you can choose breakfast you like. Sweets were super fresh and tasty. Stay in Carma luxury rooms exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfort, and convenience.

This B&B is very super nice!! Everything in the room is super new and modern. Also the cleanliness was superb!! Breakfast is in a Cafeteria just 2mins away and there the staff is also very nice & have superb pastries!! Also the owner of this B&B Valeria & her husband Gabriele are super nice & friendly. She also made sure that everything was to our expectations and also sent us messages regarding if everything is ok and suggesting places for us to visit!! Will be there again for sure!! Thanks again!!

The room and hotel were very clean, the manager of the hotel was amazing. Really looked after me when my flight was delayed and diverted because of the eruption, so I arrived around 4am which he stayed up to welcome me and provided me with great food and drinks. Very great customer services

Highly recommend. Great location, high quality service from the owners, very good breakfast and you can eat dinner there as well (it was excellent, one of the best dinner preparations from Sicily and I'm not joking about this one, my wife is vegetarian and they even prepared her meal to her requirements ). Everything was perfect from start to finish, will definitely be going to stay there again.
