Great communication with the owner, after the booking she sent us a discount code for the ferry and booked place in a near restaurant for the first evening. The flat has brand new furniture, everything is perfectly clean. Beautiful nature, sea and place just right for relaxing.

The spaciousness and the view could not be beat. I wish I had booked for more nights, as to be able to sit out on the spacious patio area, looking over the harbour, would have been a real bonus. Lots of cats to pet, all happy and well fed.

The pool area, bike hire, and meals were excellent. The staff are very nice. Close to a big store and big beach. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Procchio! The views were superb, everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The friendliness of locals in also in the restaurants surprised us very positively. A nice place to visit again! And if we will go back there we definitely will stay at the Hotel Villa VillaColle! The rooms were exceptionally artistic, good beds, very clean, modern toilets/showers and the whole house looked inviting already from the yard.

Easy to find a location. Although it is just by the main road the traffic is not disturbing. Spacious dinning room and even bigger terrace. Enough proper beds. Good choice for a larger group. 3 minutes of walking to the town center.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable with attention to detail. The pool and outside area are well equipped and the honesty fridge and coffee are always available. Good and varied selection available for breakfast, beautifully presented. Francesco and Gloria are amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble, restaurant reservations, beach recommendations etc. We left to stay in a hotel in another part of the island, not sure we should have bothered….our bathroom is half the size!! Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back would stay again.
