Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

Although bit far from Firenze, this place is accessible by bus. Wonderful view of north of Firenze. Clean room, quiet surroundings, and most of all, owner is really nice and friendly. His English is not so good, but we can always use translators so it is not a big deal. The coffee he makes tastes wonderful and he was very sincere to tell us the Information we can make use of. I don’t know why Booking.com allows only 4 photos, there are so many good photos I have. I don’t know when, but if I come to Firenze again, I would definitely stay here again. p.s. I would miss Ali, the dog living there

The room is spacious and the layout is impressive. The amenities in the room are wonderful, including the shower gel, bathtub, and the in-room coffee machine with coffee capsules. The hotel is located in a great spot, with convenient parking (private service) and close to major attractions within walking distance. Host was very sweet and helpful! We had the best stay, so peaceful. Magical place, perfect to relax. Everything was clean and very charming. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Only 10min by car to the centre of Florence. Very nice breakfast too! I also loved the dog and cats 😄
