Absolutely gorgeous home-like place close to Ciampino Airport and easy to reach Rome Termini (a 15-min train and you are there). Special thanks to the owners for making this part of our Italian journey so incredibly cozy and remarkable, Andrea and Silvia are the best! Despite of our late arrival and agreement on self check-in, they met us and showed everything. The room is new and clean, has everything you might need, the bathroom is modern and very nice. You may use the shared kitchen where the owners serve some breakfast (coffee-tea, juice, yogurt, pancakes - croissants), if you would like to you could cook yourself, the kitchen is modern and has everything. The house also has a small beautiful garden with lemon and orange trees - a nice place to sit with a cup of coffee. We were lucky to be there when these trees were bloomed - fantastic scent. The owners thought about any tiny detail to make guests feel comfortable, they take really good care about the place. We stayed there for two nights but would love to stay more. Definitely recommended!

Everything was great. Alessandro is such a great host. Our train was late ~30 minutes, so he was waiting for us in front of the building (sorry about that), and he was kind enough to take us to the airport the morning when we had to leave. The room was very clean, and the host provided good breakfast and all the necessities. The bus station is just 2 minutes away, and the train takes you to Roma Termini in 15 minutes, so we would rather stay in F.A.M rooms again then anywhere else in Rome.

The location is a bit hard to find and a surprise as it is in an industry park.. The room is simply perfect and the kindness of the owner is superb. Limited rooms but recommended if you are in the surroundings of Aprilia

This place is highly recommended. A lovely B&B in a beautiful location with great views from the property, especially from the rooftop terrace. The breakfasts are excellent with lots of choice, fruit, some of which is grown on the property, a choice of bread and cereals, yoghurt, cheese, charcuterie and home-made cakes. The building is nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches and it is very well kept. The nicest thing about the B&B, however, is the owners who are delightful and who go out of their way to help with any advice required or help needed. We would love to stay here again.
