Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

The property is perfectly located in the city centre, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Its proximity to the river makes it easy to find your way back, no matter where you are in the city. The room looked exactly like the photos — beautifully designed with stunning colours. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the TV was a great extra touch. The hosts, Riccardo and Mirko, were wonderful — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. My family wanted to plan a small surprise for my birthday, and they went out of their way to make it happen.

Very private. Right beside the historical centre. Could walk everywhere. Host provided wonderful suggestions on where to eat and visit. Everything was very easy! Highly recommend!

The room was nicely sized, especially with the balcony, which was a nice place to sit. The fact that there was a well equipped shared kitchen was brilliant. It was also relatively quiet, even with the door open at night. The bed was quite comfy. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the tram, so not too bad for going into town.

If this apartment is within your price range, and it is a fantastic value for money - look no further. It is perfect. The location is excellent - a short walk from the central train station and ten minutes easy walk to the city centre. The apartment, one of three, is in a nice building with secure entrance. The apartment itself is just amazing. Very comfortable and functional with incredible design features. Functional kitchenette and separate meals area. And, an incredible owner and host, Silvia, who is very helpful, friendly and always available. When we come to Florence next, we will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was perfect. The room was airy and spacious, beautiful design, everything we needed available - from hairdryer, iron and ironing boards, complete toiletries, fresh bottles of water every day, coffee, tea, just everything. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everywhere on foot. The room has an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Communication with the manager is also absolutely great. In short, everything here is in the best order. I will definitely be back.
