We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was just a few walking minutes to the main areas, and there was plenty of parking around. The room was super cozy and extra clean. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and also kind to make a dinner reservation for us. The restaurant she recommended (Ristorante Soul Kitchen) was incredible.

This place is strategically located half way from the Matera central station on the downhill way to the city centre, in five minutes walking distance to both places, with everything you may need for your stay easily reachable on foot. It looks like the apartment in the residential building has been rebuilt to serve as an interesting concept of a mini hotel with a couple of comfortable, pleasant and quiet rooms, and the common space with the front desk and a small dining area, offering the free access to coffee/tea machine around the clock. The staff provided the luggage storage and texted us as soon as the room was ready, which we appreciated very much. If we find the time to visit Matera again, we'll definitely book this place again.

The accommodation was beautifully located and very comfortable. Francesco was incredibly kind and hospitable - he also made us dinner reservations and we loved his recommendations. Breakfast was great too. We got a bit lost getting there and he came personally to find us !
