Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. You can park your car in front of her house in a private and secure park space.

The host Adriana welcomed us with open arms. She upgraded us for free to one of her apartments instead of just a room since the air-conditioning wasn’t working. The apartment was amazing with a great location, amazing views from the big balcony and in general very fresh and clean. Adriana made a big effort which helped us enjoy Modica to the fullest which we were very grateful for. I can highly recommend to book a stay here, especially to pay a little bit extra to stay in the apartment.
