Very comfortable room just at the gate to the old town. Cute restaurant downstairs :) Alessandro and Ricardo were very easy to talk to, and everything went smoothly. There are a few parking spaces nearby as well (but always tead the signs next to them :)) Great choice if you want to visit Pitigliano and the area. The address is correct, but there is no sign with the name of the hotel at the door

The apartment is very spacious and located right in the heart of Pitigliano. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Parking was available here and there. Sometimes free or sometimes at a cost (although low). We had a wonderful stay here and it might be the most beautiful town we’ve ever visited. The hosts were incredibly kind and were able to accommodate our need of super late check in (sorry about that). I’d truly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

It is worth to start with the wonderful host Gaia, who welcomed us at the property. She shared amazing travel tips with us, and invited us to her restaurant down the street - was truly delicious! You can feel that the owners put their heart and soul into this place and the experience of the guests. Moreover, as guests of Morelliana, included in our stay we could participate in wine tasting session at Enoteca - excellent! The room itself was extremely clean, tastefully furnished, with everything you needed. Big public parking was right next to the building. Would recommend without a doubt!

OMG! What a find. I didn’t expect such a high level of room standard and terrace. This place blew me away. We tried to book extra nights once there as it’s unbelievably stunning, but it was fully booked out. The room is outstanding. Simply gorgeous. Every little thing thought through. Gorgeous furnishings. Huge terrace to sip on wine and snack on Italian things. So comfortable. This place is a real find.

Brilliant location if traveling by car. Easy street parking, only a three minute walk to the center of town and the viewpoint. Many restaurants a 5-10 walk away. Nice simple breakfast in a nearby cafe. Beautifully designed, clean, comfortable room. Strongly recommended.
