My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were perfect, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Most importantly, the staff were amazing – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. It really made me feel welcome and made my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent accomodation, clean, spacious, items in the room are all new. Location is very convenient, approx 15 min to get to the airport and the same bus takes you to the Venice city centre. The owner, Matteo is very helpful. Highly recommend this accomodation.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Especially the host Petra is so kind and welcoming! There are always fresh fruits, coffee and water for every guest! Not forget to mention the nice rooftop terrace (picture added). On six days of the week the breakfast is at a local bakery (very close to the hotel) where locals go and the food is awesome! On the other day the breakfast is served at the hotel and also very very good :) The beach is directly in front of the hotel and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby.
