We loved everything ! The hosts were excellent , our room with a view was cosy , warm and rustic . Just what we wanted . Our balcony was an added treat . The most relaxing room , fabulous breakfast and incredible old house refurbished beautifully . The area of Le Saxe was so traditional and totally unspoilt . We would highly recommend this accommodation and especially room 6 ( unless you are very tall or have mobility issues ) ..... Amazing !

Calm and quiet place, nice view, terrace (in case of my room) and the picnic area. The room was very spacious. One of the cleanest (if not THE cleanest) place that I have stayed at. Welcoming and caring host. Tasty breakfast that gives you energy to start your hiking day with enough choice (not only variety of sweet ¨stuff¨ and cereals but also fruits, bread, cheese and ham were available). Great coffee. There are no shops nor restaurants in the village but you get a perfect peace and quiet (just singing birds and the sound of the river flowing nearby). If you still need to buy anything - la Thuille is very close.

Beautiful! The amount of detail, the quality of the details and the level of attention are astonishing. It is really a beautiful place to spend a few nights. The room is warm, cozy and with a beautiful view. The atmosphere is perfect. Dinner is really good. We had a little get away for our honeymoon and we will forever cherish how special they made it. Beautifully renovated room in likewise renovated farmhouse. The garden is big and offers spectacular views of the Gran Paradiso mountains. The owners were very welcoming. Breakfast was made up with local ingredients. Just behind the house lies a promenade panoramique.
