Everything was perfect. great contact with the host, who was very helpful, he even has his own guide to places worth visiting in Bologna. There was no problem with leaving luggage earlier, and the cleaning ladies were very nice. It was very clean and the location of the apartment was also fine, quiet, calm, close to the center.

Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

I work in hospitality and I have rarely seen a room as clean as this one. The room was spotless ! Moreover, the doors are automated and can be opened with the phone. Really easy to use. Best stay ever! From where should I begin? The location is simply awesome, you are right next to the train station and you can easily get a bus to go to the centre which is not really far away and that’s why we actually preferred walking around. Also, the host/property manager is always responsive and they even kept our luggage after our check-out until our departure time. In terms of the room, it is fully renovated/everything is brand new, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is big and the shower is the biggest shower I have seen in my life (definitely 2,5 metres long). Finally, the room was spotless clean and had a luxury hotel feeling.

Lorenzo was very polite and helpful. Very quick answer with any question. We arrived earlier and he let us leave our baggage at the accommodation. I also asked if he can order a taxi for us in the last day and the taxi waited for us in the morning in front of the building. It is near the Exhibition center so you can go by foot. The room was very clean. Near is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city center or other places.
