The apartment is located very close to the main train station of Bologna, but the old town is also not far on foot. The hosts are amazing, the kindest and nicest people you can imagine, and the place is extremely clean! The air conditioning is working well (no weird smell or noise) and the flat is very modern, they have automatic blinds on the windows so you can make the room dark and keep it that way. There are no noisy neighbours, the location is on a smaller street, so it is quiet. There are cafes, shops (a huge Coop with everything you might need) and diners close by. The rooms are not huge, so for us as a young couple it was very ideal. We only had one luggage with us, so we did not need that much space. Everything went well, the hosts go really above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I 100% can recommend the place.

The location is excellent, and so central to the main Piazza. The host, Frederica is just so warm and welcoming and all the additional little extras that she provides (the biscuits both sweet & savory by the coffee machine), her advice on recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to go to, the booking of a driver just made my stay as a single person, to feel so well looked after.

Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. It was clean, nice and the rooms are freshly renewed. Shower is of normal size, not small and cleaning lady comes everyday. The hotel is situated 2 mins from the central train station which is really convinient for those who travel to Florence or elsewhere afterwards. We had questions about opening of the doors, the manager answered at once even though it was Easter - thanks for all the help! The room is quiet, we didn't hear neighbours, maybe some sounds from the street but nothing too loud. The city center of Bologna is not so large, so it's not a long walk to the historical places (I enjoy walking, so it's not a problem at all). Next to the hotel there's a nice bar for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. There's also a paid luggage storage just next to the apartments, so you can leave luggage there when leaving.
