Everything was just great, the food, the staff, the rooms,…!!! The cows were so cute and you’re always allowed to cuddle them. Our stay there was just perfect and the location around myvatn is fantastic!

Eldá Guesthouse is located in Reykjahlíð, just a few minutes on foot from Lake Myvatn. There is a golf course 750 metres from the property. Each room includes a work desk, a wash basin and free WiFi.

The kitchen facilities in the house was good. The room and toilet were clean. Bed was very comfortable.

very very clean for a hostel. i wasnt expecting much but it was SUPER CLEAN!! highly recommend!! kitchen was fully equipped and even the shared toilet is very clean. the room we got has a basin too!

Breakfast was better than at a five-star hotel, bed was super comfy, shower was shared, but very clean and comfortable. The place is not a "guesthouse", it is a first-rate hotel!

- We were in the Laugar area for 2 days, day 1 of 2 was at Guesthouse Hvítafell and we spent the 2nd day here. - This has been the best stay so far on the ring road. They seem to be doing everything right. - The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The house has a nice fully equipped kitchen in the sunroom which feels so good to be in. - The hosts left us a small plate of cakes and cookies which were so good, thank you for that. - Easily accessible and quiet place to be.

The room was clean and recently renovated. The view was amazing and the breakfast buffet was lovely.
