Beautiful big new house, very friendly hosts, Mr. Ganesh picked me up with his car from train station and brought me to bus station for free, he bought me a medicine as a gift when I caught a cold. Nice design, comfortable, big bathroom with bathtub, strong AC, very clean and quiet. Nice green peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from city center.

They treated us like true guests, sharing local tips and making us feel completely at home 🤗💬. It's covers with CCTV camera for safety. Pricing was affordable when we visited, you can check with homestay owner about price as it may change as per season and no of people. Inside, the space is cozy yet well-arranged: * 1 bedroom with a double bed + single bed 🛏️ * 1 double bed in the hall 🛋️ * 1 clean and tidy washrooms 🚿 Perfect for 5 people, we were 2 couples and found it super comfortable. Though the space may seem small, it’s 100% clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable 🧼✨. We loved having our meals at the outdoor table with a stunning view, cool breeze, and peaceful surroundings 🌬️🌴. We brought food from outside and had a delightful dining experience.

I was little hesitant to book since it was a new listing, I gave a try. But it was absolutely a right choice. The room was clean and beautiful. It has a beautiful peacock point view from top floor balcony. The owner sabyath is very sweet and very helpful. He helped me to book autos and also dropped me in his own vehicle. Also I got to know , they are hosting from 5 years, their property was the top rated homestay in Udupi, and their listing with 50+ reviews in booking.com got deleted. But anyways, I loved my stay and definitely I will come back here in the future. Go for it
