Wake to birdsong. Zimr is located in a garden setting with district views. Comfortable, large and clean rooms. The host and her staff were superb. Breakfasts delicious. The cottage rooms are in the middle of Devashola Tea Plantation, completely remote and a beautiful drive from Coonoor. We were lucky enough to be the only guests at the time, Ashwin, Santhosh and the team looked after us so well, they sorted out everything for us, tasty home cooked food, a sunrise hike, a jeep tour through the plantation, a hammock and even a bonfire in the fire pit on our last evening!
