Mr Denis was so hospitable and respectful. He made us Rose tea which was delicious! He was trained on cruise ships to the highest standards so he knows what hes doing. His English is excellent and he understood our needs. He piggybacked the 2 of us into town on his scooter where there is a restaurant which other customers recommend as cheap and good food. He even went to the money changer for us. He is very proud of his establishment and has worked hard to achieve. Room is impeccable clean. Mr Denis picked up breakfast for us in the morning. We were sad to leave.

This place is a wonderful place to stay roughly 2 km from Colva beach i walked to Colva most days a bus does run the route but not too often, some people hire bikes which makes it even more appealing! The rooms are very clean come with en-suite and t.v and A/C. a common kitchen is in place and is very clean although the chopping board was really grotty! REPLACE IT PLEASE! You have an in house maid her name is MAYA please be nice to her as nothing is too much trouble so a big well done to her the bonus with Maya is she speaks very good English which is nice she was very very helpful and i felt compellled to giver a few Rupees tip i think she she deserved it! Would i stay here again? YES i would it is actually well located if you wish to have a quiet stay, if this was my place i would have a table and chairs outside. WONDERFUL PLACE!

We arrived at dawn - much earlier than I had expected and Pauls staff could not be more helpful. They even gave us a choice of rooms which was unexpected. Such a wonderful place to stay in nature with such a relaxed lifestyle. On leaving Paul and his staff came out to say goodbye with hugs all round - had a lump in my throat as we pulled away. Book now - you won't be disappointed!

Could not have wanted more. Excellent service from lovely staff, always going the extra mile. The room was modern and comfortable, approx 15 minutes walk from the beach. Stunning beach and the quietest and cleanest in Goa. Local food is great with multiple choices of cuisine, at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

What an absolute gem of a place, The room was lovely and big, the little kitchen area was great for what we wanted, a kettle and a microwave. The aircon worked a treat. The 2 outside seating areas, one at the front and one at the back were lovely to sit and just watch the world go by. The pool was a great relief from the hot weather and to chat to other guests there. The restaurant was only a few steps away from our room and cooked up some fantastic food at a very reasonable price. Staff were all friendly and were on hand at all times, the only regret we had was we were only there for 6 days, but we will be going back for a longer stay next time.
