I loved this place so much!!! The owners were so hospitable and just lovely!!! They brought me fruits and sweets! Incredibly comfy accommodation! Fantastic facitilities and great location!!! Everything was immaculate! They also helped me with booking transport! I stayed in the bamboo hut with a private terrace and lovely views of the beach! Such a lovely stay!! Thankyou!!!

It is not a stay. It's an experience that one will go through. Nice and warm welcoming host who takes care of you like a family. Very close to Cherai Beach and hence very advantageous. I would definitely recommend the place

We had a wonderful stay in Cherai. This homestay made it a very memorable experience, even when only being there for one night. The host was eager to have a chat and told us of some nice places to go to. The room was beautiful and clean. We had delicious meals made by the family themselves. Having breakfast in there living room, made it an authentic experience. The brother of the host would drive us around in his Tuktuk. And since we travelled to the next place on a festival day, the host decided to bring us himself to Munnar. Which is an 5 hour drive. So, we were very grateful and had a great drive with him.

We booked the family room. Good spacious room. The washroom was also spacious with good water pressure. You do get the sea view from the room through huge glass doors. The balcony was really awesome with great views of the sea. The balcony has a traditional Kerala style sitting area. The sea is hardly 50 meters from the room. Cherai is known for the gentle nature of the sea. The property is managed by Unni, who was very helpful and pleasant. There is a restaurant 'Shivettante kada' downstairs. Great sea food at very affordable rates. All in all a great experience.

I recently had an incredible stay at Blue Bird Homestay near Cherai Beach, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the service was amazing. Proactive follow ups and the hosts were genuinely caring. We checked in very late in the night but the hosts were very cooperative and stayed up late to welcome our family. They also woke up early in the morning to attend to our needs. Rooms were very big, clean and had all the necessary amenities. One small feedback would be to improve the WiFi and upgrade the plug points in the room for international guests. I wish Deepu and Anu all the best. I’m sure they will continue to do a bang up job in welcoming thousands of more guests in the coming future.

Home stay was run by a family take care us like there own and highlight was the breakfast very delicious with huge quantity even they serve us snacks welcomed with a drink. Room was very spacious well cleaned and neat, i highly recommend this place and defenity im going back again..♥️
