It is a little tricky to find at the end of a small maze of roads and tracks - and that is why it is absolutely one of the top places to stay if you like getting away from it all. The view from the beautiful communal terrace out into the grove of coconut palms and trees, with the promise of the Arabian Sea just beyond that is wonderful. Excellent owner who trusts his lovely staff to get on well with the tasks. Whether guiding that first time route down to the beautiful Thottada beach; serving food or souring a bottle of chilled soda water and lemons.

The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet and atmospheric location. It is easy to get there as it is in between Kannur and Iritty and there are many KSRTC buses running in between the two cities. The room is big enough and the facilites are well maintained. The breakfast is good though there could be a bit more varieties. The family living there is nice and kind but it could be cool if they were speaking a little english as it would have been nice to have some conversations with them. :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Exceptional Hospitality: The owner, Sajid, and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Sajid treated us like family, always ensuring we were comfortable and happy. His warm personality and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Unbeatable Location: The property is situated right in front of the beach and boasts a private beach, ensuring complete privacy. It was serene and peaceful, with no disturbances at all—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Beachfront Dining: One of the highlights was being able to enjoy our breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the beachfront. Whether it was early morning or late evening, we could dine with the sound of the waves in the background. Clean and Hygienic Rooms: The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a very comfortable and hygienic stay. Convenient Parking: Private parking was available at no extra cost, making it very convenient for guests with their own vehicles. Sajid’s hospitality and attention to detail truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside getaway.

Stayed here for x4 nights over the Christmas period. A bit outside our usual price - we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. Close walking distance to beach, and equally to main town (shops/restaurants) in the other direction. Easy to bus or tuk tuk to other beaches nearby for day trips if you want to explore other parts around town. Coffee and tea station was a bit of a treat, and the host gave us bananas and bowls so we could easily do our own breakfast. Overall - nice rooms, air-con, convenient location, and friendly/helpful host. Internet also works great on the bottom floor.

The property is an authentic, old antique house with great energy. It's located close to the beach, and watching the sunset from the nearby cliff was truly amazing. Hi, it is a very good location for couples and family. We had stayed in a villa which hall all the facilities such as kitchen, swimming pool, living area with sofa & TV, bed room with attached toilet. The hospitality was good. It is walkable to the beach near by within 5 min.
