Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

This place is homely. The staff are genuinely helpful, and Terril and Jack are a gem of a person. They will make sure that your stay is absolutely comfortable and worth your time there. The place is located right at the centre. The beach is hardly walks away, the restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Fantastic hosts ,very friendly and great communication,good location just off beach road . Beds comfy pack of water waiting in our room , Aircon on ,just what we needed . Picked us up from the airport and dropped us at Palolem our next destination, for the same price as taxis . Arnold made us samosa for our journey It was super tasty thank you 😊 Prices were high for the basic accommodation but this was due to the time of year, Arnold even rang me to tell me that the room price is high for basic facilities so as not to be disappointed on arrival. Would definitely stay again , probably not Xmas / New year as the whole area becomes congested and prices double the rate for room type.
