Beautiful house and gardens, everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable, spacious room. Welcome party of 2 gorgeous dogs. Really nice breakfast. Roy is a great host, very helpful and sent pictures how to enter the farm (we would never have found it otherwise). Perfect location, out of the way but close to the city and airport

The location is great, the whole town centre is within walking distance. It also offers parking for guests. It's a very peaceful neighbourhood. The host was super kind and helpful, she had good suggestions for activities by season. The rooms were spatious, cozy and clean. The breakfast was very yummy with a nice choice. It was a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location, in the centre, close to restaurants, English market art gallery library, shops. Beautiful decor, ensuite. Everything functioning. Warm but a window tgstvoened. A comfy sprung mattress, good tv, great wifi plus free cit wifi. Lovely stairwell. Easy access.

The owners are very nice people.I will definitely stay there again. Perfect place & comfortable only 5 mins to the city very convenient and everything at the door steps from shops to coffee shops to restaurants. I would highly recommend it 😉

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a short city break. It’s in a great location just a short walk to the city centre and the free parking was a big bonus. Despite being close to town, it was nice and quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. Check-in was smooth, and the whole experience felt easy and relaxed. Simple setup, but excellent value. Would definitely stay again!
