Alain and his team were very nice. Its a wonderful easy-going island-vibe, the rooms are very comfortable. Its the bungalow vibe we looked for. the food is excellent, the had a big menu, we probably ate some of the best food in indonesia. You can take the Kajaks and snorkeling gear which is also very nice.

The hosts were so kind and helpful! The cottage was lovely and fresh. We went on a snorkelling tour with the hosts witch was so very nice! Saw both seahorses and big turtles and so many beautiful fishes and corals! They picked us up from the harbour outside gili gede and dropped us of after our stay, they were super helpful and you really feel thought after, very service minded and just some really nice people to befriend! 🙏It’s just a short walk to some really nice local restaurants! I would definitely recommend this host and the garden cottages!

Hendi is a great host who tries his best to ensure you have a great stay. The room is exactly as seen in the pictures - very basic, but if you’re looking for an authentic experience of island life on Gili Gede then this is it! The location is right on the beach in the middle of the local’s village. There’s some Warungs near by otherwise you can walk 20 mins to the other side of the island where there’s a variety of places to eat.

The location is lost in the middle of nowhere, after one month in the city not a sound at night was the most beautiful thing I ever had, the place is a little bit hard to find but once you're on the good road you just have to follow it till the end, hahahaha . In the middle of the mangrove it's super nice and fresh your literally on the black beach with nobody the beach is just for you it's amazing.
