It was a phenomenal stay and Lorena was a marvelous host. Everything was awesome from the welcoming drink and homemade breakfast to the room facilities and view. The balcony view of our room was extraordinary any time of the day in any weather, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The transportation by Lorena and her husband to and from the parking place right outside the town was very considerate and necessary - it was impossible for most non-natives to handle the town paths. The truffle-hunting experience followed by a white truffle lunch in the house's garden was sensational. I will surely come back again the next time I visit Motovun.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Groznjan. The hosts were so kind, they greeted me right when I arrived, helped me store my bike, waved at me when they saw me around town, and recommended a delicious spot for breakfast. Lorena was a lovely host. Picked us up from the allotted carpark and delivered us back. Offered us a welcome local wine or beer. Very comfortable room with access to tea and coffee.
