Lesbia and Julio are very warm and welcoming hosts. They made me feel like at home, we had nice conversations and it was a great pleasure to stay with them for some days. My room was huge with a big balcony directly above the water - very cool! The location is not in the Flores Island but in San Miguel - so if you search for a calmer non touristic area that's your choice! From Flores it is easy to arrive with a small boat in about 5 mins. Also recommended to book the tour to Tikal etc. and transports with them, they offer for a good price. And it is helpful to know some Spanish as their English is limited (but Julio is learning!) 😊 muchas gracias 🥰

We just had the best time there. Probably the best apartment we had so far on our current travels. The hostess is such a lovely lady and help us out with everything, she even did our washing and offered us to help with booking tours. Everyone travelling to Flores we would absolutely recommend the stay at Ximel House! The house is also right next to the lake, Lanchas right infront of your front door.

A great house in a gated community opposite the airport and next door to a good shopping mall. Clean and well equipped comminal kitchen. Ample room with comfy bed, nice linens and hot water in the shower. Airconditioningnin room was perfect. Streaming options available to log into on the Smart TV. Excellent secure parking.

This was probably the cleanest hostel we have stayed in so far on our trip. The aircon worked well, the location was good, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice having the rooftop area to chill out on

Super nice place and staff are really friendly and accomodating. We needed to rebook when we got let down by a tour operator and they were really helpful in finding us a room not once but twice when we wanted to extend our stay. Would highly recommend.

I have stayed in many hostels in Flores and I can say that this has been the most comfortable by far. Includes a fairly rich standard breakfast. The room is big but there are some tourists who have extremely large backpacks and that makes it small but they also offer to store your luggage. The atmosphere is calm and you can meet people. Definitely a place to rest and have a good time. I loved it and I will return for sure

Clean, Air con great, pillows and bed comfy. Hosts good Locations good. I was worried because they only had one review.. but booked because price was good and it was very good value for money! Not sure why they don’t have more reviews but would stay again for sure.
