We absolutely loved our stay at Kissamitakis Guesthouse in Monemvasia! My husband and I travel quite a bit, but this place was something truly special — probably one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. The guesthouse has so much charm and character. Everything feels authentic and thoughtfully cared for. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the best part was the open veranda with a stunning view of the sea and the old town. We loved sitting there early in the morning — watching the sunrise over the water was pure magic. Honestly, it felt like a dream. And of course, a huge thank-you to George, our wonderful host. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment — warm, kind, and always ready to help or share local tips. You can tell he truly cares about his guests. We left Monemvasia with full hearts and beautiful memories. Can’t wait to come back someday. Highly, highly recommended if you want to experience the real beauty and soul of Greece.

The house is conveniently located near the Monemvasia Gate, making it easy to access without much walking or carrying. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and offers beautiful views from the windows. The owners and staff were amazing to deal with and so kind and attentive to ensuring we had the best time at their hotel. We absolutely did and were sad to leave after our 3 night stay! You really can’t beat this location if you are visiting Monemvasia with kids, the hotel is located facing a church and large square where kids can play freely within view from the family room’s balcony. It’s nestled in a quiet corner of the town but still very close to the main square with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment is great, has two spacious bedroom with en suite bathrooms, a living space overlooking the water (which I personally enjoyed with a cup of coffee each morning from the balcony!) The evenings in the patio were great for relaxing with a nice local wine, looking at beautiful towering peak and the old stone walls light up at night. The guesthouse itself is extremely unique and filled with history!

Our one-night stay at Coralli room was fantastic. The location was perfect, right by the sea with amazing sunset views, and it's conveniently close to the port. We enjoyed having a beach restaurant and sunbeds available. The kindness of the owners really stood out. They even made us breakfast when we had to leave early. Definitely recommend this place for a stay on the island. Great views, great service, and a great location.
