We felt welcomed and very comfortable from the first moment. Clean, bright, cosy, modern and spacious room and breakfast room, very friendly staff with recommendations for places to visit and to eat, lovely breakfast and coffee. The house is almost directly on the fantastic Porthminster Beach and 10 minutes walk away to the centre of St. Ives. The steep path to the house didn't bother us as we arrived with a car and we were happy to have a parking place in St. Ives. We had room Nr. 9 (view to the garden) but we have not missed the sea view at any moment. It was a perfect location for our holidays. Thank you for welcoming us!

Location was perfect being only minutes away from the harbour and a variety of restaurants, eateries and attractions. Our host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; recommending a plethora of breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as attractions to see.
