From the second we arrived I knew we were going to love this place. Staff responded quickly to some online questions I asked and they allowed us to park one of our vehicles at the hotel earlier in the day prior to check in. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in one of the Shepherds Huts. These are spectacular places with breathtaking views across the Saddleworth countryside. The Huts were fitted out beautifully and had everything that you need. I would stay hear again in a heartbeat. The full breakfast is also very very nice.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. There were shops and food outlets close by. The area was very quiet and I slept like a log. The jacuzzi bath and rain shower were excellent.

Absolutely incredible place, even better than in the pictures! Just perfect to give you rest and relief after traveling all day around the city. The placement couldn't be more convenient, there are both a bus stop right around the corner and a train station, which made exploring the city so much easier. Fell in love with a little church on the corner, it makes the scenery quite unforgettable and very atmospheric. The room is fully equipped with all the amenities, so I doubt anyone staying here would need anything (aside from groceries, but that's a given). I would, however, definitely advise planning any food shopping and take note of when all the local stores close and open. As a girl traveling solo, would definitely recommend this place - the neighborhood is quiet and safe, never had any issues coming back home even late after the concert.

Dan is a lovely person and a great host. Make the guest feel comfortable in the house. The room and bathroom are clean and smelling good. The room has a wardrobe, a minibar and a one of those electric water kettle to make tea or coffee. The location is perfect for using the Tram both to reach the city center and to go to Old Trafford Stadium.
