The unit was small but very well laid out and well decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom and shower were of a good size. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and directed us to a nearby hotel for an evening meal and then suggested a number of spots to visit on our way south. Can highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience. Delightful hostess and her daughter that took very good care of us and they were eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Beautiful view over the sea and a wellkept garden. Homemade cookies, candy and marmelade. Outstanding breakfast. We will be back next time we go golfing in Ayrshire.

We were greeted with a handwritten welcome note in our room (plus cookies and chocolates!) from Liz, the owner of the inn. The inn and rooms are stately, warm and comfortable. It's 130 year old family home that has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. Liz recommended the restaurant next door, which was terrific and very convenient. There was easy and safe parking on the street.. We recommend it and would definitely stay again, as it provides a great experience of a small Scottish inn.
