A great place with very friendly and helpful hosts. Spacious and very comfortable room. Even an own living room with TV was downstairs at the disposal of us guests. Within walking distance to the lake, a supermarket and the whole inner city. A great place as base for exploring Cornwall.

The property itself is a beautiful 16th century pub. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are outstanding and the food is simply divine- I absolutely loved my stay here and didn’t want to leave. I’d like to thank each and everyone person who helped make my stay so memorable.

A really quaint little room! It had everything you could need. Lovely and warm, quiet and private. I would stay again! Great value for money.

We felt welcomed and very comfortable from the first moment. Clean, bright, cosy, modern and spacious room and breakfast room, very friendly staff with recommendations for places to visit and to eat, lovely breakfast and coffee. The house is almost directly on the fantastic Porthminster Beach and 10 minutes walk away to the centre of St. Ives. The steep path to the house didn't bother us as we arrived with a car and we were happy to have a parking place in St. Ives. We had room Nr. 9 (view to the garden) but we have not missed the sea view at any moment. It was a perfect location for our holidays. Thank you for welcoming us!
