Hosts were super nice, the room was cozy and tastefully furnished. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and with toiletries. Kettle and some sweet treats in the room. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood in upper Penzance, free park in the street. Definitely recommended!

Excellent location close to Penzance and St Ives. Beautifully designed light-filled property, with lots of lovely touches. We had a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Built in 1904 as the home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes, Higher Faugan Parc is set in private grounds with a large lawn for guest use. It is close to stunning local beaches.

Great location with stunning views across to the harbour. Huge room. Great night's sleep in the lovely comfortable bed. Private bathroom was great and the shower excellent. When we come back to St. Ives, we'll definitely stay longer. Debbie kept in touch with us before our stay and we could check in earlier and drop our bags off, which was a bonus

The place is exceptional - the view of the sea coast, walking distance to the center and, the comfort of the apartment. Wished we had a few more days but we'll be back in the future.

We had a great time staying at Primrose House! The room was super comfortable and clean, and everything was so well decorated. It's a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was always delicious and the location was prime. Also, we work online, and the main area was the perfect place to sit. Really appreciate hotels when they have good common areas.
