Hosts were super nice, the room was cozy and tastefully furnished. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and with toiletries. Kettle and some sweet treats in the room. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood in upper Penzance, free park in the street. Definitely recommended!

Excellent location close to Penzance and St Ives. Beautifully designed light-filled property, with lots of lovely touches. We had a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Built in 1904 as the home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes, Higher Faugan Parc is set in private grounds with a large lawn for guest use. It is close to stunning local beaches.

Location was fabulous and the room was clean and had everything we needed.

We were made to feel most welcome right from the start when our host spotted us looking for their sign and proceeded to tell us that we were indeed at the right place. He opened the door, helped me with my bag and promptly checked us in with a friendly explanation of the amenities and what to expect the next morning for breakfast. Then he escorted us to our room and made sure that we were happy with the accommodations before resuming his duties downstairs. Our bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. All of our interactions with our hosts were warm and helpful. Lastly, we were very pleased with the proximity of the property to the local train. It was just the right distance away, but a short enough walk with our bags so as to make it easy to get to and depart from the property when we had to catch an early train on our day of departure.
