One of the best accommodations we had during our honeymoon touring Scotland. Private parking, access without check-in/check-out, location just outside of the city center. Rooms are nicely decorated, welcome basket on the bed with chocolate and some prosecco, comfy beds, great shower, ... Highly recommended!

Lovely house with clean and comfortable rooms & sharing kitchen in residental district less than 10 min walk from the Old town. The host Pearl took care of every detail in the house, she provided us with Welcome basket (some fruit, snacks...) at arrival and gave us great tips about the area. Would love to come back.

Exceptionally well-located, this charming guesthouse strikes the perfect balance - just a short walk from the city centre, yet tucked slightly off the beaten path to ensure a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout. Breakfast was delicious, with a small à la carte menu complemented by classic continental options, all beautifully presented. Parking at the rear of the property can be a bit tricky, but the owner is on hand to assist with navigation. Alternatively, you can request a guest permit to park at the front, which is very convenient.
