I liked the friendly staff and their ability to resolve the bookings issue that I had. Also, the bungalow was very clean, welcoming, and roomy,much better than a hotel room. I definitely recommend it.

Few minutes walk from the train station. The train will take you to the center of Aberdeen. The room and the house is clean and well equiped, if not brand new. The facilities in common use are good, always avaiable. You might not think much of breakfast, but only until you try elswhere. There are crunchies, milk, chocholate bars. Breakfast in the room, no dinning area. Wery helpful and discrete owner. There is free parking place.

Within walking distance from the train station. Pleasant greeting from the host even after arriving at 10pm. Cosy room and quiet which helped with a good night's sleep. Good, help yourself breakfast. Plenty to choose from. Will stay here again.

I liked that I was well hosted. Everything was neat and clean (the room was tidied up and cleaned every morning). It wasn't like that in other facilities. The breakfast selection was sufficient. The facility manager was helpful and polite. The facility and staff are to be commended.

Karolyn & Chris were very friendly and made us feel at home. The room was bigger than expected. It was a very quiet and restful night. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! The best we had in all the places we stayed.

The location is amazing, just a few minutes to the bus and train station and a short walk to the ferry. My room was huge and had a great view over the garden, was really quiet and very comfy. The communal kitchen is a great extra for a cup of tea or some quick breakfast.

lovely host. lovely room. plenty of tea and coffee stuff. very comfy bed. spotlessly clean. it was a last minute booking as l was too tired to drive home at 11pm after arriving from Malaga would, recommend this place if you have an early flight. minutes from the airport
