Everything! It's one of the best stays among all our accommodations on this trip. It is very suitable for visiting Dundee and St. Andrews. We wish to stay longer... The view is fantastic. There's a small waterfront area where you can see the sunset and take a walk. Beautiful rooms and well maintained. Everything makes us feel at home.

Location was perfect as were playing golf at St. Andrews, we could walk to the courses and walk to the restaurants in the evening, high quality cottage with comfy beds and great showers, would highly recommend.
