My room was delightful. Tastefully appointed. Clean, comfortable, classy, cosy. I loved the fair trade tea and coffee and the bathroom gels. It was difficult to leave! Please try this lovely boutique hotel experience. Very convenient to the potteries.

Comfortable room and good bathroom facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in room. Sainsburys a few doors away. In the centre of town but the road was quite quiet. We tried our first oatcake ever for breakfast from Poveys, who are across the road. Brilliant 360° view from Mow Cop Folly, which is not far away. Lovely friendly people.

New Farm is so peaceful and out in the country, which is pure tranquil. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely return here again.0
