We were caught up by a road closure. I called to warn them of our late arrival. Sophie was ever so kind to email me with instructions for checking in by ourselves. The room was comfortable, spacious and neat. Breakfast was also delicious and generous. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Shaun and Kate are perfect hosts. We felt at home right from the start. The house is tastefully decorated with a sense for the details and the room was large, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom had a window and a bathtub with a modern shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Although we didn't use it, there is also a nice hot tub in the large garden. There are numerous bird feeders all around the premises and it was joyful to watch the birds during our meals and from our room. We enjoyed the three course dinner as well as the breakfast freshly made with lots of love. We had interesting conversations with our kind hosts and would love to come back in the future. The location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions.

A magic place! The owner is a warm person who maintains the harmonious atmosphere of the place and is happy to provide tips for trips etc. while fully respecting your privacy. The shared kitchen is very pleasant and fully equipped. The house has a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea, observe the surrounding wilderness, and listen to the chimes of the wind chimes. In the middle of the garden is a large tree that I will never forget because I felt a very strong energy from this place. I highly reccommend this accommodation. Thank you!

The room was very comfortable, bedcovers extraordinary. The room is large, well equipped including bathrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee provided. Bathroom shared with one other room, not a problem in our case since the second night nobody occupied the second room. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The village is a few steps away and features a shop and a cozy pub. A national bike track, 7, passes by the House.
