It was very cozy , clean and the host Yannics very friendly . The bed was superb . Next to the bus station , nature , quiet , the village so close on foot. Definitely would visit again!!!

Everything was clean and very functional. Had some great time with my girlfriend, and Christelle was pretty kind: she brought us a delightful breakfast every morning, and made sure everything was prepared for us. Les Ecrins is absolutely worth a recommendation. The house itself is a beautifully restored villa from 1900. The interior decoration is beautifully done and very tasteful. Our room was spacious and although it was at the front of the building, traffic noise was hardly noticable. If you're an extremely light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room that's not at the front. Breakfast is served in one of the rooms at ground floor, where a woodfire is burning in the morning. Breakfast itself is more than plentyful and consists of croissants, bread and cake with an assortment of self-make jams and honey, cheeses, ham, yoghurt, apple juise and coffee. It's really more than enough to start your day in the best possible way. Both hosts are extremely friendly and helpful; they make staying at Les Ecris very enjoyable.

Beautiful house and a delicious breakfast. Rosemary is a very kind host and she immediately makes you feel at home. From the house you can directly start great hikes through the beautiful mountains and you also have quaint towns nearby. Would surely recommend this BnB! The cats are also great additional company :)

I had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation in Colmar. The atmosphere was cozy, the room was very clean, and the overall vibe made me feel right at home. The location is really convenient, just 15 minutes from the city center and the train station - making it easy to explore the beautiful town and its surroundings. In addition, the area is a residential neighborhood, very quiet and safe, so it's perfectly fine for a girl to walk back alone. Alessio, the host, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay in Colmar. Cheers ;)

Exceptional decor and well presented, quaint and rustic. Great location in a beautiful village, like something out of a fairy tail. Some lovely restaurants nearby,,within a couple of minutes walk....parking fine and a lovely continental style breakfast.

We spent a quiet and cozy night here. The house is conveniently located near a supermarket and seafood market. The host is very friendly and thoughtfully prepared the sofa bed for the child to sleep on before our arrival. It was a very satisfying experience, highly recommended.
