The host was very accomodating, we received a warm welcome aswell as some very good advices for our stay in town and the basque country coast! She even left us her parking spot on the road as she was leaving! The structure is very close to the charateristic harbour and near some mini-markets aswell! The room was cozy and comfortable with private bathroom , tv and free coffee in the morning! Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay at Villa Isabela Bakio Rooms. It's a stunning house with beautiful rooms. Our room (twin beds, shared bathroom) was extremly spacious, comfortable, and the decor had a lot of character. There was fresh fruit/tea/coffee facilities in the room, which was very welcome after a day of cycling. Everything, including the shared bathroom, was very clean. Our host was very welcoming and friendly and helped us getting our bags into the room. There was a secure place for us to keep our bicyles and an outdoor washing line to dry laundry/swim gear. I can highly recommend this property.

The welcome was exceptional, our dog was treated like one of the family which he appreciated. I cannot speak to highly about the facilities and the owner. Hope to return next spring if not before.

The location is excellent, right by the old arched bridge and close to everything. The room for our family of 4 was very spacious. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely room and ensuite, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fabulous place, staff so helpful especially Sebastian. The tapas bar was excellent, very popular, great dinner and quick lunch. Location brilliant close to little train into Bilbao and Guggenheim. Love Plentzia, beach is stunning, we had great walks. Would love to go back, it was a gem. Parking for the VW van was nearby by the police station. Plentzia super popular as beach resort at weekends!

The informal low cost and unique approach to staying in a pension, a new concept for many Indians except the younger ones. The place couldn’t have been located in a better place! It was absolutely clean and hygienic. You self check in and there is no human interaction with people who run it. Super efficient. Daily doing the room. Very neat. The rooms are tiny but they have thought of everything. Basic but very, very good! Keep it up!
