House is clean and comfortable. Is exactly as described. Host was very kind. We arrived late in the night and couldn't figure out the house exactly from main road. She walked in to help us.

Close to main highways. The owner was very warm and welcoming and exuded a genuine friendliness. Amazing hospitality! Always ready to chat when you passed him by at reception or the bar. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel oozed history and character. I enjoyed looking at the wall hangings, photos, paintings and decor of the hotel's dining rooms, bedrooms and community room with its own fridge for our use, children's books and puzzles, and the architecture of the building itself. There are no lifts to carry luggage, only stairs but we realized this when booking and understand the charming older buildings don't have lifts. The dinner and breakfast were home-cooked by family, plentiful and delicious. The local area was scenic, quiet, peaceful and back to nature - absolutely beautiful. We went for an after-dinner stroll in the late sunshine and did not see one vehicle on the roads. It was magic! Would stay again and highly recommend.

If you are looking for a quiet place to rest after intense sightseeing or sports activity, this is a place for you! A small but very cozy room for two. A small town atmosphere with peace and quiet. Only a short drive away from Regensburg. A private bathroom with all that's needed, including a hair dryer and a basic set of cosmetics. No kitchen for cooking, but there is a coffee machine with a supply of coffee cartridges which were replenished when needed. A refrigerator (supplied with water and soft drinks) and a microwave add to the comfort. There is a very nice bakery where one can get a wholesome breakfast within walking distance. A local inn for a traditional Bavarian dinner is 5 minutes away by car. The host is a wonderful person who will do everything to make your stay enjoyable.
