Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. There were many extra little services that were includes in the price (good sauna, swimming pool etc). The breakfast was remarkably good.

I had a single room but it had everything I needed and was comfortable. Bed was comfy. The hotel was full but there was room for parking right outside. The parking in the road was free too I think. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. I enjoyed the location of the hotel (it was winter) as it was only a few minutes walk to the main railway station to Garmisch and the trains were frequent with lots of space.

This guest house is a historic building dating back to the 1936 Winter Olympics. The Olympiahaus is located directly beside the ski jumps in the Bavarian winter resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Everything was lovely. We had two rooms, one single and one twin, and both were completely delightful. The single was quite small but really cosy. The twin was much bigger and had a area to eat. Both had reasonably new bathrooms with good showers. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options for vegan/vegetarian diets, with vegan spread, oat milk, muesli, juice, great bread, jams and amazing coffee. The area is gorgeous.

Rooms were clean and large. Whole complex always smelt fresh and clean. Owners were very friendly! Breakfast was ample with a variety of fresh rolls, the type changed daily. Boiled eggs available on request. A small lockable compartment in a fridge on the landing was a very welcome find in the heat.
