Beautiful clean hotel others have said it is dated but I like that it’s traditional and not like all the other hotels that have gone for the impersonal look. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and decorated in keeping with the style. Breakfast was super and staff very friendly and helpful.

The hosts were wonderfully welcoming and rightly proud of their hotel. The breakfast is an absolute treat and not to be missed - all the ingredients are locally sourced, Josef explained the provenance of each. The presentation and cooking of the food is of a superb standard. The rooms are very comfortable with solid wooden furnishings which felt substantial and well made. Easy location to find with an easy, out of hours access via key box.
