The staff are incredible attentive & always happy to help with anything you may need. This is a family run business & you can feel the love & the energy in & around this place. More of a hotel than a hostel with the benefit of having privacy of own room and also lovely communal space to meet ppl. Very clean and smells great due to eucalyptus hanging throughout. Great attention to detail such as hooks to hang coats and towels in the room and lamps! Can tell this was designed by a woman :) and the shower was nice and hot. Nice breakfast and amazing location
