Our room was large and bright. The bed was comfortable. The room has a fan which was all we needed. The staff are all wonderful and were helpful with providing us information on things we wanted to do around San Gil. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of waffles, eggs and fruit plus drinks.

This place is amazing. The intimate hotel provides comfort and privacy, and the large, comfortable bed ensures excellent rest. Guests have access to a very nice and friendly common area. The service is top-notch - friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. It's easy to book excursions for extreme sports and other attractions at the hotel. I had a very pleasant time there and highly recommend this hotel.

We are afamily of 4 adult, 1 toddler, 1 dog and stayed for 6 days in 3 rooms. This family run hotel has lovely friendly and helpful Spanish speaking staff, clean, comfortable & spacious rooms, very functional, stylish and spacious common areas. Enjoyed the firepit. Especially loved cooking in the large shared kitchen that was well equipped. Easy to communicate with before arrival and during the stay when out with WhatsApp. Staff accommodated for and assisted in organising birthday celebrations. Location is 8 minutes from the main road so was very peaceful with great views across the hills and cool breezes.

The place was perfect!! All the employees were sooooo nice and helpful, they can book your adventure for you (they have a nice little catalog in the reception). They even lended me water shoes for the rafting! Everything is clean, kitchen is well equipped and the little terrace is perfect after an adventurous day. Close to everything. We absolutely loved it and would 100% come back!

Very friendly personnel ; spacious room with powerful shower, conveniently located 7min walking from terminalito from where you can go to various tourist attractions. Alternatively you can book tours with pick ups included. Crossing the bridge brings you into the commercial shopping mall with food court and Metro supermarket. Unbeatable price - very good value for money!!
