The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

Location: The location was great: up in the mountains, so it was very calm and quiet after a day in Zhangjiajie National Park with lots of tourists. The property is right between two entrances (Forest Park and Zumagang entrance) and therefore only ten minutes drive to either of these entrances. The hotel provides for free transportation to the National Park and airport. Property: The hotel is very new, the room is spacious with a great view. The bedding is very comfortable, I loved the big and soft towels. There is a hot tub with mountain view. Food: There are no restaurants in the area but the food (breakfast and dinner) in the hotel is delicious. Services: The staff goes above and beyond to help you with transportation and provides great advice about the visit to the National Park and surrounding area. I can only recommend this place.

Really liked the host, felt like family vibes from the moment I arrived. The reception was warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable about everything from ticket prices to timings. They even helped carry my bags up, which you don’t often see these days! Daily room service, plenty of restaurants nearby, and just a short walk from the East Gate. Great place for travellers comfortable, hospitable, and genuinely welcoming. I really wouldn’t look elsewhere guys.

This was walking distance (2km) to the main entrance. Rooms were big enough and clean. Great support from Rebecca in english. Reasonable breakfast and easy to agree on all you will need.

Excellent and comfortable place to stay with very kind and and friendly owner. Rebecca, the owner, gave me valuable tips for visiting the forest national park (15 minutes walking) and arranged pick-up and drop-off at the train station for me; she also speaks English. Perfect stay.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. I had a room with the Mountain View and it was great to wake up with such a view. The homestay owners are super friendly and attentive. Prepared great breakfast for morning and also guided on all the arrangements for the sightseeing. Strongly recommend this place!

Truly exceptional! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was seamless and friendly. The homestay itself was a dream come true, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and filled with natural light. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the host even offered to cook us dinner one night, which was an absolute treat. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended

We were made to feel very welcome. All of our excursions were planned for us, the food was delicious and the room was clean with a comfy bed and modern features. You can see Tianmen mountain from the room. The staff looked after us. Our first trip to Zhangjiajie was a wonderful experience made better by the Flower Whisperer Homestay. We will definitely go back.

Great host, helped to booked tickets, arranged everything. Nice location, little bit outskirts of town, but has free transfer so it is OK. The place is decenet, nice location, clean room and bathroom. The stuff is super nice. The pool was also clean and refreshing in the warm.

I had a fantastic stay at Heaven's Gate Home Stay. The check-in was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of thr mountains. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were excellent. What truly stood out was the exceptional and truly one-time service. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

Amazing property, clean, super close to one of the entrances of Zhangjiajie National Park, and the food in the restaurant great and really fairly priced. After a full day of walking, you can take a nice dip in the pool. The best thing about this place is the staff. Ming is a great host, and is always ready to help. Since he is also a tour guide in the park, he showed us how we can get the most out of our 3 day stay. We saw the whole park with amazing views, thanks Ming!
