Incredible place, i think it might be the best hostel ive ever stayed at, and for the price its unbelievable. The garden is a little paradise, the hosts are super nice, facilities are decked out and super clean, the beds comfortable.

Nice hostel at very good location. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had twice a very early check-in and could also leave our baggage in storage. Breakfast was very good (with eggs, fresh fruit etc).

Such great value for our stay in Pucon. Just a few minutes to get into the heart of the city. The kitchen has everything you need plus a nice cosy living area. Our room was so clean - we slept so well here! The owner is so kind and lovely too.

The hostel is in a great location, away from the noise of the centre which makes it quiet and relaxing. The beds have fresh, clean sheets and are very comfy and warm, with the option of opening windows as there's no AC (and some upstairs rooms have a lovely balcony). The rooms are quite big, with enough space to leave luggage and not trip on other people's stuff. They all have bedside tables and lockers for which you bring your own lock. It's close enough to walk to the main attractions in town - like 10min and there's a supermarket just 2min away and a fresh fruit and veg shop too. It's a tiny hostel with few rooms and beds and only two common bathrooms (one you have to go through another doorm) with a lovely common area to hang out, great space to eat outside or just chill in hammocks or in the luscious green space in the garden. The gate to the hostel is locked after 10pm for which you are given a key (you pay a 2000 Chilean peso deposit in cash). The space has a cute decor, simple and homey, which makes it warm and inviting, with plenty of light. The common spaces and bathrooms are cleaned daily and it's very tidy. They even have a hairdryer and a laundry service! There's a communal kitchen well equipped with everything you need to cook and store, as well as basic condiments and oil. The WiFi is working well and there's plenty of spaces to charge your phone. And the best of all are the amazing staff made up of friendly, hardworking and helpful volunteers (at the moment it's Camila and Lea) and the owner Dani who's really nice and cares about her guests pleasurable stay. Overall it's a great and affordable place where you can meet other solo travelers and backpackers from different cultures, as well as Chileans. I would definitely stay here again, but more so, I would love to volunteer here next time as I love the vibe and energy of the place!

The hosts are super nice. I arrived earlier than expected and they still gave me the room. The place is super clean and well kept. It was a bit cold at first but then the heating worked and it was pretty good. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is super close to O'higgins street. The view of the volcano is also nice from the balcony. One thing to note is that they do have couple dogs and cats but they are friendly and have been trained to not go inside the hostal. I really like the place. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even prepared us breakfast to go als we had to leave very early. The last night the wifi did not work but the staff were really giving their best to fix the situation.

A brilliant hostel only a short walk from Pucon centre - maybe 15 mins. A couple of parking spaces for guests. Carolina was so friendly and helpful - to the point that she drove us around town trying to find someone to get us up to the ski resort the next day! We don't speak Spanish so Google translate came in handy but she was very patient with us! Lovely hostel with communal kitchen and cosy lounge downstairs.

It was a very good stay in the completly new hostel. Karen was super great host. She was always happy to answer questions and took care of every problem. she even drove me to the City Center. i can 100% recommend this Hostel even if it is a bit of the grid, you will find that it is very nice and comfortable there.

We enjoyed our stay at Eifelhaus a lot. Ali is a great host. Always super friendly, helpful and patient with answering questions. The breakfast was awesome with self-made bread. But also the location is great as it is not in the middle of the crowded town but easy to walk into town. The good bye was hard for us. Thanks you Ali.
