It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful garden with very clean, air-conditioned, cool rooms. Best of all, the location is great, a 2-3 minute walk to both the main Seaside and the main street. Restaurants, shopping, and tour registration were all a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and not only picked us up at the airport, but also accompanied us around to tour companies and buy tickets to the national parks. The stories they told us about the history and culture of the island were very interesting. To my surprise, they remembered that I, a Japanese, had mentioned rice, and prepared it especially for me for breakfast. I was really happy with their thoughtfulness. This was truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would like to come back to Easter Island and I will stay here again. Thank you so much, Francisco!

Room, kitchen, common area are all very clean and tidy! They create the vibe which made us feel comfortable and just like home. Owner is a couple who are so kind and touching to us. Great location as well. Definitely recommend to everyone to stay here. We love it!

The host is very kind and hospitable. The included breakfast is good, during the stay there I felt like I was at the village with my grandmother. The city center is in 30-40 minutes of walking.

Great value for money. It’s a bit far from town, this is the only negative thing but this house is way cheaper than others so even I take a taxi to go to the town, is’s still reasonable. The best thing is hosts, I’ve never experienced such a high level of kinndness from hosts.
